Lead RF Engineer |

Summary: Leads RF engineering team activities in the areas of design, development, modification, and evaluation of electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment or other hardware systems. Supervises the RF, test, & mechanical engineering functional groups. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Oversees RF engineers, test engineers/technicians, and mechanical engineer/drafters and assigns employees to new & existing projects. Coordinates activities concerning technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Monitors status of projects ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. Interfaces with program managers to ensure budgets and schedules are being maintained. Coordinates with systems, software, and digital design efforts to complete project within established timeframe and budget as well as to ensure customer requirements are met. Approves documentation and test plans used by the RF team. Reviews designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Interfaces with business development, marketing, and systems engineers in the development of bids and proposals for new business. Converts customer specifications into a RF system designs developing top level and detailed requirement specifications. Designs, documents, implements and tests RF and analog circuitry using commercial off the shelf (COTS) and custom component such as mixers, filters, amplifiers, hybrids and other hardware. Participates in regular design review meetings to ensure compliance with established procedures and product requirements as well as to ensure all customer technical requirements are met. May reviews customer's technical specifications, blue prints and other customer documents to assist in the development and preparation of proposals, pricing, statement of work and other documents. Consults with program managers, engineers, marketing, and other technical personnel as needed. Provides status and progress reports to customer, project team, and management. Advises management of situations which may affect profit, schedule, costs, customer relations, and/or inter-departmental relations. Maintains a working knowledge of new technologies which may improve department operations, and develops recommendations accordingly.

Summary: Manages and coordinates the activities of the Systems Engineering Department. Responsible for the system design, documentation, implementation, and test for new systems. Leads internal system engineering activities on complex system development throughout all contract phases. Ensures the system meets customer specifications performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned). - Manages department activities to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures in accordance with customer specifications. Assigns and oversees systems engineers to new & existing projects. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
- Monitors status of projects ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. Interfaces with program managers, engineers, managers and customers to review program status and ensure customer needs are met.
- Participates in initial discussions with potential customers regarding customer needs and requirements. May act a company contact for new and existing customers as related to technical matters.
- Reviews customer's technical specifications, blue prints and other customer documents to assist in the development and preparation of proposals, pricing, statement of work and other documents.
- Consults with program managers, engineers, marketing, and other technical personnel as needed. Provides status and progress reports to customer, project team, and management.
- Advises management of situations which may affect profit, schedule, costs, customer relations, and/or inter-departmental relations. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, performance, and completion of assigned defense-related contracts. Will oversee and direct all phases of assigned programs from inception to completion. Major Responsibilities: - Acts as primary customer interface for assigned programs. Regularly provides customer with project status.
- Establishes and monitors program plans and schedules. Continuously monitors progress goals and objectives against plan.
- Prepares and updates project budgets.
- Coordinates and prepares detailed reviews of customer contracts, such as Work Breakdown Structure, Technical Specifications, Terms & Conditions, Statement of Work, and other deliverable data requirements.
- Participates in negotiation and preparation of contracts, including specifications, pricing, delivery dates, and other contractual provisions. Supports Marketing Department in the development of technical proposals, cost proposals, and draft technical specifications.
- Interfaces with engineering personnel to ensure program milestones and deadlines are met.

Systems Engineer |

Summary: The successful candidate will be the technical lead and primary hardware developer responsible for the design of both RF Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) as well as Radar Target Simulator systems. The position holds the primary responsibility for performing systems engineering activities on complex designs throughout all phases of project development. Major Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) - Take customer defined requirements and specifications and translate to system specifications and provide any analysis required to justify the system design
- Convert system specifications into sub-system definitions
- Work closely with the RF, Digital, Software, and Mechanical groups to define sub-system requirements
- Create detailed drawings and documents that clearly define the responsibilities of each team member while ensuring requirement compliance. Work with the customer to develop a test plan that verifies each of the system requirements. Develop, create, and lead presentations for both internal and customer reviews
- Integrate and verify the system through lab tests and/or actual operation in the field
- Train and/or demonstrate system capabilities to the customers
- Represent company as a customer contact regarding technical matters
