KOR Electronics Announces the Purchase of Paragon Dynamics, Inc., a Government Solutions Subsidiary of Zanett, Inc.
Cypress, CA-03/19/2008-KOR Electronics today announced it has purchased the Government Solutions subsidiary, Paragon Dynamics, Inc. (PDI), from Zanett, Inc. for cash. Pagemill Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to KOR Electronics. Founded in 1986, KOR Electronics is an aerospace defense technology company providing domestic and international customers with advanced military electronics equipment and system solutions. Headquartered in Cypress, CA, with offices in Long Island, NY, and Washington DC, the company produces equipment that serves mission critical operational requirements as well as laboratory simulation, testing and training needs. KOR Electronics is solely focused in support of the defense and intelligence electronics markets. Founded in 1997, PDI has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Zanett Government Solutions. Based in Aurora, CO, with offices in California and Washington, DC, PDI provides innovative systems, software and mission engineering solutions to a variety of Intelligence Agencies, Department of Defense (DoD), and aerospace clients. The firm specializes in system design; architecture and integration; software development and implementation; and mission operations, analysis and support. PDI has direct experience in government and commercial satellite, DoD Intelligence Community, and IT infrastructure programs. AN/ALQ-188(v)4 achieves IOC with KOR Electronics DRFM
18 September 2007 – KOR Electronics is pleased to announce that a specialized version of its popular Miniaturized Airborne 3-Bit DRFM system is deployed on the recently declared Initial Operational Capability (IOC) of the AN/ALQ-188(V)4 Electronic Attack Training Pod for the U.S. Air Force F-15 jet fighter. The AN/ALQ-188(V)4 pod provides generic capability to simulate enemy threat electronic countermeasures (ECM) for aircrew training and weapons evaluation. KOR Electronics supplied the Model 1275 DRFM to prime contractor Northrop Grumman’s Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Team in support of this IOC effort. The AN/ALQ-188(V)4 IOC was conducted and executed by the 53rd Electronic Warfare Group at Warner Robins Air Force Base (WRAFB) in Georgia.

500TH PAC-3 MISSILE DELIVERED TO THE U.S. ARMY

KOR Electronics shares Lockheed Martin's pride in recently delivering the 500th PAC-3 Missile to the U.S. Army.

KOR Electronics provides the production test sets for the PAC-3 missile seekers, and has been involved with the program since 1994. Currently, KOR Electronics is under contract to upgrade the production test sets with the latest signal generation technology in support of the continued success of the PAC-3 program.

PAC-3 Missiles have been delivered and deployed around the world with U.S. forces and U.S. allies, and is currently the world's only fielded pure kinetic energy air defense missile. The PAC-3 Missile was the first hit-to-kill interceptor produced by the U.S. Government.
